Deportation Defense: for clients who are currently in
detention or fighting removal proceedings.

Adjustment of Status Applications: for clients who are
seeking to adjust their status through a qualifying
relative or spouse (to be eligible applicant must have
filed a valid petition prior to April 30, 2001).

Asylum Applications: for migrants who face
persecution (or well-founded fear) in their home country
due to their race, religion, nationality, membership in a
particular group or their political opinions.

Temporary Protected Status: for people from countries
designated by the USCIS to be unsafe for return.

VAWA, T and U-Visa Applications: for clients who are
or have been victims of domestic violence, or in the
case of U-Visa, were victims of a crime and have
cooperated, are cooperating or will cooperate with law
enforcement agencies to help catch the perpetrator, and
in the case of T-Visas, were victims of human trafficking.
